Admit it, not everyday is a good day or happens as you would plan it. We got some "WTF" moments and I'd share some that I can remember.
- My previous entry where I posted Ne-yo's song in imeem and initially posted the link to the mp3 but I removed it afterwards...Today I received an email from blogger that my entry got deleted for copyright infringement! (Now I just had to post the pictures again.) As in, WTF!
- At work, it's ironic they never call me off or put me on-call when I want to be called. When I've had some rest and couple of days off, they keep on calling me off or on-call! WTF!
- Some nights when I can't go to sleep. It's already 4 in the morning and I'm still wide awake. WTF!
- When I got home from shopping last week, I realized that the cashier didn't get to take off the alarm tag. Now I have to go back to the store to have them remove it. It's just cuz there's no easy way to remove it without damaging the clothing. WTF!
- I went grocery shopping one day and bought milk. Shucks, I didn't look, the expiration date had already passed! (Next time, I have to exercise my skills like i'm gonna give someone's medication here!) WTF!
- When sometimes I answer a call from staffing in the morning and I'm half-awake. My initial reaction is say "Yes, okay I'd work day-shift today" then regret saying 'yes' a couple of minutes later. WTF!
- When you do something good or fantastic at work and didn't get recognized. Heck, someone else gets the credit for it! WTF!
- Getting a speeding ticket at 75mph for a little moment that I took off my cruise control. Suddenly the cop's following me and pulling me over. WTF!
- Two people invited each other for drinking sessions and I'm just there not being noticed at all. I know I don't drink and it's not my thing but isn't it kinda awkward when people around you invite each other to some place or whatever and you're just being left out? WTF!
- At work, we're getting some amount for housing allowance for 6 months. I turned in my reimbursement receipt for this month when the HR person said that I've already reached my max. WTF!
- Trying to upload pictures in Friendster and it will just prompt you that your file is too big! Or receive a comment can't even read it in email. You still need to log in to read your message/comment. So stuck with their old ways...What the heck is wrong with Friendster, can't upgrade much? Napag-iwanan na masyado ng facebook. If not only for my friends in PI I will never log-in over there... WTF!
- Sleeping and the cellphone rings for just some stupid telemarketer calls! Happened yesterday morning 2 times! Now I have to really silent my phone. WTF!
- After a busy 3 set of workdays, I have a one day off then 4-days set of work again. I wish I can have 2 days in a row. Haay...WTF!
- You look for a lyrics of a song and all these stupid pop-ups pop out and heck you can't even copy and paste it to your notepad because they disable the right click. WTF!
- One time I went to McDonald's drive through and after I paid, just drove away without my food!!! hahaha..that's was so dumb of me..So absent-minded. When I realized I didn't grab my food, I just drove back to the parking lot and so embarrassed. I told the guys that I left without my food. They were laughing at me and probably saying "what a heck is this girl thinking?" hehehe...WTF!

Good entry. I think it's healthy to vent once in a while since it's pretty refreshing. Here's a couple more to add to your collection:

Oh, if you are seeing popups and disabled their cut-and-paste, highlighten it first and on your browser option, choose copy, that way you don't need to right-click your mac mouse.
BTW, I am at work and I can't listen to your song. I made one for it, acoustic but was screaming for my dear life on the chorus part, so scrap!
It happened to me in Multiply account, I was threatened to have it closed if the mp3 downloads are available in public.

one of my WTF moments: my co-faculty called me at 8:15am to inform me that the lecturer i assigned for the day can't make it, so i had no choice but to get up, hit the showers & go to work in less than 20mins. on leave pa naman ako. when i got there, i delivered the lecture IMPROMPTU and the topic was NEUROEVAL. as in WTF?! impromptu, neuro?

I like this entry it's like a refresher from the usual, i'm not saying it's bad but it's nice hearing you vent in a funny amusing way with this "WTF moments". I have one..I went to my ballet class and realize that the class is cancelled after all the commute i did and traffic etc. Then having to get a dance partner that you don't totally get along with. WTF! Anyway, that's what life is right? You're right life has a funny way and we just have to enjoy it somehow. :)
I like how you played around with "ironic" i love the backup vocals in the background. :) Keeps getting better and better!

- It's a good thing it didn't set the alarm on. That could be really embarassing if ever. It's such a hassle because you'll have to go back to the shop to have it removed. What a waste of time and energy. How could some people be so galactically stupid?
We all have that WTF-moments. Sometimes it could really send us to our wits' ends.

hi Diane! uhm, i am a physiotherapist by profession but i'm more on the academe side. Sometimes I volunteer to teach Special Children too since I have an MA in SpEd. Madami nga nagugulat kapag nalalaman nila that I'm teaching college students and special children...wala daw sa itsura ko. But i'm really passionate about it. =)
Nweis, about the right click/ copy-paste thing in Firefox in Macs, there's a keyboard shortcut similar to Windows. Just press on the Apple Logo (beside the space bar) then C for Copy, V for Paste, A for Select All, X for Cut.
Do you know how to capture your screen or part of your screen? Share ko na din.
For screen capture: apple logo + ctrl +shift + 3
For capturing a part of your screen: apple logo + ctrl + shift + 4 (then drag the + on the image you want to capture)
Then open Preview, under File menu choose New on Clipboard.
You should download and use the new Safari 4.0 browser, it's really astig! =)
@Vayie, yeah i also wonder why the alarm didn't go off. Sana nga tumunog na lang para nalaman ko at naalis pa ang alarm at that time. I had to come back pa tuloy sa store to have it removed. What a hassle talaga!

@Eymi, ahh physiotherapist. Enlighten me ah, what's the difference between this and physical therapist? That's awesome that you work with special children. During nursing school I had to go to a camp overnight taking care of them. Nakakaawa rin sila noh..

physio=PT, they're the same. Hehehe =) Kaya lang i prefer to call it Physio than Physical Therapist kasi common notion ng mga tao with PT is masahista eh hindi nga ako marunong mag-massage! hahaha! Yep, nakakaawa talaga ang mga special children but most of the time they leave me amazed kasi despite their impairments nakakaFunction sila.
I checked google kung ano itsura ng keyboard ng mbp, oo nga wala ka ngang apple logo hehehe =) it's the COMMAND key beside the space bar and alt. grabeh, nakaMBP ka pala, im drooling! promise ko talaga sa sarili ko na pagbalik ko ng US, bibili talaga ako nyan.

I really recommed Mac Book Pro because it's so worth it. I love it to pieces! I agree to what they say now, once you switch to Mac, you'll never go back...to you know what. hehe..
