I've been feeling a little off lately. Sometimes we all have those "BLAH" days. Feeling like I'm not myself, feeling worn-out, feeling all blah! Yesterday and today I was at work and just feeling that I don't have it altogether. Felt like I lost my mojo. My mind is somewhere else. It's like I'm losing focus. Maybe it's the hormones or what. PMSing? Maybe. I thought maybe I didn't get enough sleep the night before....but I did. Eight hours or even more..I just can't wait to get out of this lonely spell. Whatever this is, it sucks! Hella sucks.

Anyway, Mela here's your request. Sang the other day when I was still a little bit sick. So pasensya na halata ba? I'm lucky enough to find the music in youtube so it's not that good of a quality but it's good enough. Thanks to this website to help me convert the youtube file to mp3.

Ohhh I love this song and it just reminds of God knows who. Well, it's not important now...

In my life



My mom is a huuuuuge Vilmanian! Because she's a big Vilma Santos fan, I grew up liking her too! So I got excited when I found out that they're gonna have an international screening here. And my parents are planning to visit me next week too. I thought to myself, why not? It's going to be an early birthday gift to my mom. Kahit ano basta I want her to be happy! Oh di ba?

However, oh my...Can you believe it, a single ticket is cost $25!!!! Naman! Mas mahal pa sa local hollywood movie, that's only $10. I remember in 2006, I saw "Sukob" int'l screening in San Francisco. The ticket was $20 each. Now mas may patong pa, hehehe..OMG talaga. Kung di lang talaga si Vilma and for my mom, I really wouldn't buy that. What a rip-off!!!

Shape-ups...

Last month I purchased Skechers Shape-ups. I thought to myself, why not, I walk a lot at work anyway. Might as well get a good pair of shoes that could help me shape up while I walk since I got really no time to go to the gym. Plus, I don't want to spend extra money to pay for the gym. How I miss the treadmill we have back home in SJ, it was easy access. There in the garage when I need it. It's okay though I still do floor exercises here and it's all enough . But I don't have treadmill anymore it sucks. I deserve new shoes since the shoes I've been using were the ones I had since nursing school.



I got the white one. I should've taken a picture of it when it was still new. I wouldn't take a picture now when it's used already, hehe..Anyway, so it's been a month now since I got these shoes and so far I can say that it's a good buy. I notice that my legs and my thighs are getting more toned up, and also my abdominal muscles. At first it's weird walking in it because it feels like I'm walking on sand. But it's actually very comfortable and I got a little bit taller too! hehe..
It's good, at least I can get some extra benefit while walking and working!

Here's my girl version of Ne'yo's Mad. Recorded it the other day when I had the major LSS of this song. This is definitely one of my top favorite songs of this year (together with the song below). This song reminds me a lot of "take a bow by rihanna" last year. Coincidently, they're both composed by Ne-yo. Same piano intro. Love both of these songs.

And here's my current favorite song in an endless rotation in my iTunes. "Cold summer nights" - I didn't know it was an OPM song cuz it actually sounds foreign. I actually found out when I googled it that it's by the late Francis M. Now Nina made her own version in her recent album "Renditions of the Soul". And I love it, love it, love it, love it.

I didn't know it's actually a compilation of the most-requested songs in her radio show in Wave 98.1 in the Philippines. How I wish she recorded it in the studio para mas maganda sana pakinggan. Maganda naman ang mga songs. I like it better than her Dianne Warren cover album. This is just the one song that stood out talaga. Love the piano and her cover. Just wish she'll release an original album next time.
